Care begins at 6:30 each morning and continues until 9pm in the evening. Each guest spends time outside at least three times each day and gets fed and medicated according to your instructions. Bringing your own food is sometimes easier on your dog’s digestion, but we offer IVET puppy, adult, or senior formulas appropriate to your pet’s age at no additional charge. Our accommodations include flats, rooms, and suites. The flats are for guests up to 35 lbs while rooms and suites offer more space and are appropriate for any guest over 8 lbs. If you have multiple dogs that get along well, they are welcome to stay together in the same space. Rooms and suites have heated floors and are outfitted with a raised bed to ensure comfort. Our feline guests stay in cat condos at the opposite end of the facility from the dogs. These are multi-level spaces over six feet tall. The bottom level is a ventilated litter area to ensure an odor free environment, food and water are on the next level, with three more “floors” above for lounging.

Avian guests, ranging in size from finches to macaws, are welcome. You can bring an enclosure or rent one of ours. Small mammals are also welcome. Most come in their own enclosure, but we do have a couple cages that can be rented. We are unable to accommodate other exotic animals due to their sensitive nature and varied care requirements.
